I bought a 1070 FTW from Newegg on Friday, it's still in transit. If I buy my own thermal pads and install them for the VRAM/VRM etc instead of waiting for a thermal mod from EVGA, would this void my warranty? Getting a 1070 FTW in the mail next week - RMA thermal pad question

Hey, I just ordered a 1070 FTW and was wondering if there is any cost to RMA it to get thermal pads installed (if they are indeed missing) and if I opt'd for a cross-ship will I be recieving a new card and not a refurbished one? Thanks for your help. --James..

GTX 1070 died after 3 months and EVGA doesnt cover shipping??

Am i correct in saying that EVGA does not cover the shipping charges on GPUS that are covered under warranty? So they give me a product that dies in 3 months and I have to spend more money so they can replace it??? I have never heard of company not covering shipping for warranty items. Please tell m..

EVGA, Open RMA status says received as of 02NOV2016, but it still says Preparing to Ship Product. It has been 3 business days now, should I be expecting some kind of back log? Are there no 1080 FTW Hybrids in stock? Thanks,Zach..

Unable to Submit an RMA request

Hello I'm have a problem submitting an RMA request, after clicking submit RMA information I can't go any further because when I click calculate shipping cost it says select a shipping option but there is nothing under shipping options to select and selecting "add signature to my order" doesn't help ..
