RMA taking too long.

MY GTX 1070 was only 3 months old when it stopped working. EVGA acknowledged they built the card poorly and they had to fix it. My "advanced RMA" is taking too long. an apology doesn't suffice. Where is my RMA (RMA ID: ******)

I started my Advanced RMA (ID: ******) request on 07.11.2016 and uploaded my invoice at the same date. Asked the support about it few days ago, they said that they will look into it- still nothing. How long should i wait, should the card blow up first?..

Hey, I bought my card two weeks ago (the 1st) and put in for an RMA on the 8th when it failed. I understand the delay, but I'm definitely nervous now about potential future problems.
