Cannot launch Borderlands 2 or Pre-Sequel since Wednesday .

Game works on my surround setup , so I guess the Win 10 update didn't fubar it . As soon as I click on the icon it will crash saying an unknown error occurred . Did all the usual's & even reinstalled BL2 . If I launch it w/o using the launcher I can get in-game , but it will crash if I try to us..
