Increasing frame-target cap EVGA Precision XOC

Hi, i have a asus rog swift pg279q monitor that is G-sync and 165Hz. I use EVGA Precision XOC to overclock my gpu and aswell i want to use it to cap my fps in games to 164 so i dont go over 165 fps so v-sync kicks inn and makes input lag. Framerate Cap Not Setting Correct Value. Please help

Hi, I am having an issue that is exclusive to Precision and does not affect Afterburner. However, I only want to use Precision because Afterburner breaks my Steam Overlay.
