EVGA E-LEET motherboard fan control

It would be nice to be able to control motherboard fans without having to go to bios all the time, such a simple yet useful feature... I'm not talking about asus type of motherboard utility software, just a small feature like that would be really nice.....

EVGA Precision X slow to load at windows start up

Any idea how to fix or normal? It take like 30 sec or more to load and while this is happening it cripples some task. Things become laggy example when i type huge delay. BTW im on 5.3.0 Im on SSD and minimum start up everything loads instantly except Precision..

Precision XOC LED Settings Unavailable

After flashing my GTX 1080 SC's bios with the new thermal fix and updating Precision X to v6.0.9. I lost the ability to change the LED settings for my card, the option is just grayed out and can not be selected. EVGA Precision XOC - Why is it missing such simple features?

I would have loved to see actual numbers for BASE and BOOST clocks. Why are there stupid arrows representing actual amounts? Overclocking can be sensitive, and arrows aren't accurate. The arrows don't even move when I adjust my clock speed offset anyway. Is there a way to enable actual amounts?..
