1080 G-Sync and framerate target with EVGA Precision

I want to make sure I have this set properly. I tried for the first time using Precision. Enable framerate target and setting it to 144 which is my max refresh rate for my monitor. Vsync off in game. EVGA 1080 SC every time I turn on my 2nd monitor I get screen flickering? Is this normal ?

EVGA 1080 FTW / Really high temperature.

i've noticed that when my card is under full load in certain game like The Division or Dying Light the temperature can ramp up to 95°C. I'm using PRECISION XOC to monitor the temperature and the fan curve profile is in Agressive Mode. I'm running windows 10 pro with the latest nvidia drivers 375.70M..

1080 classy front panel falling off
