Should i be worried? GTX 1070 FTW

Had my card for about a week, For the first two days my monitors went black and the fan went to full i turned the pc off and unplugged the power connectors popped back in and since then its been fine. However i am a little concerned due to the whole thermal pad situation. Should I RMA it? Thanks...

Thermal Pads problem

Apparently this site didn't recognize Chrome auto fill. I let it auto fill my address and submitted, but my confirmation email still has my old address. Now I can't request the pads again for my 1080. Help please...
