Z170 Stinger RAM compatibility?

On the RAM compatibility page for the Z170 Stinger, it says:"**The column stating “BIOS” is the oldest supported BIOS revision for the memory listed**" And every single RAM module listed is at least 1.03 or higher. Does that mean the BIOS would need to be flashed to 1.03 to support any of these RAM ..

hey everyone!!! i have a pretty basic question. i just built my first pc last week. i have the z170 classified k mobo and put it in a nzxt s340 elite case. i also have the ftw 1070 hybrid mounted as the rear exhaust and the corsair h100i v2 up front as intake. the s340 came with 2 3 pin fans install..

Classified K M.2 question

Just got my PC a set up with this new MB and I in stalled the 950 Pro into the first M.2 socket, the longest one. I enabled it in the bios (M.2 Socket3(1) and when the PC loads I can't find under my computer. I just want it for storage I'm not trying to boot from it. What am I doing wrong?..

Looking at getting the EVGA Z170 Classified K and I see that it has 2x M.2 PCI-E slots but I need to know if the BIOS supports using both slots in RAID-0 configuration...

Intel usb 3.0 update removed all usb ports and Hdmi ports

Has anybody ever have to fix a problem with no hands and no eyes? Should I just hand over my wallet and manhood to a computer gremlin at a shop? Please Advise..

House was hit by lightning PC won't turn on

mild overclock always freezes when in sleep mode

newbie overclocking my z170 board and 6700k to 4400 hz using"adaptive" with a +25 offset. ran prime 95 blend test for 4 hours, no problems, but im not coming back from sleep mode, it stays a black screen or kind of reboots when i try to wake it up. wondering if there are any other motherboard settin..
