After my team finally crosses the finish line on Thursday morning I will continue to fold some more for the 3 billion point goal after I upgrade my watercooling loop. It will be nice to finally get to shut my PC off for a few days or at least for a few hours.

 i removed a gpu from my pc, now the app will not start. can't figure out how to make it fix itself without the "missing gpu".. .. it just stays at the updating service client
 
 

You need to delete the settings.txt file, or something of that sort in the fahclient folder, maybe someone on a PC can get the exact filename.

Remove the all the GPUs in the Client and then add them back should clean up your settings.

i have no idea how to remove gpu in client. on "advanced control" it will not allow anything to to be changed, everything is grayed out. i can remove client and then add client , but it is still looking for gpu 01

Or delete said file like I said earlier, but you will have to reenter your username, team and passkey.

still can't find a config.xml file in fahclient folder in programx86 folder. i even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it again but it is still broke. i even used search for "config.xml" in fahclient folder and it is not found. this really sucks now i have not been able to run this for 2 days now. 

Sorry, I should have mentioned its in the users/*you*/appdata/roaming/fahclient folder.
