Yeah you should see my place. I have computers all over the place, perched on different furniture so that I can get them on different circuits lol.
The X99 is my primary gaming rig, but I like to have lan parties from time to time and so i used that as an excuse to build the quad sli Z97. The X79 used to be my primary rig but after getting the X99 I turned it into a file server/media center/lan party comp. The 970 system used to be my file server but after converting the X79 it just made more sense to pick up a couple 970FTW's and try them out... Or maybe that was just my irrational side talking
The new Z97 will be getting a couple more 980SC's in a few weeks then ill be taking it up to work. I got a bit fed up with the lack of decent hardware provided by the company so... once again I used that as an excuse for more folding hardware. LOL
The power bills are pretty big but they arn't near as bad as I thought they would be. The 970's just sip on power, and 4 of the 980's only use about 10-15% more power than two of the 780ti Classified's. I am trying to rig up the water cooling on all my systems to take the heat outside, but that is a work in progress. If I can't get that to work I may have to shut down for a bit over the summer as there is no way my AC unit could keep up with all the heat those things are putting out!
