 Hey SBB, I was kidding. We are talking about a non-law. Besides it was a pic of defaced currency. You obviously didn't do the defacing, plus, it is illegal to post high res pics of unblemished US currency, so you were actually being extra legal. 
 
Technically, placing bets is illegal in the US with only a few exceptions. I'll bet you $50 no1 will TOS warn me for betting with you that no1 will TOS warn me for this. It's a non-law. People do it all the time on TV news shows.
