That isn't too different from what i have setup on a machine i only use to fold with. Although i've flipped the case upside down and cut out some of the bottom (now top) to let more hot air out from the bottom (now top) gpu. I end up leaving the side panel off and i have a small fan pointed directly at the GPUs. If i don't do this, they get up into the 80-100c range according to precision. When i got the fan pointed at them, it drops them down into the 60-70c range. Airflow is crap in that case, but it is a really old computer relatively speaking and i'm not going to drop more money into it.
