You all know this happens to you:
This is me daily. No, not the one passing, Im the one being overtaken. The other guy is .25mph faster than me. So he absolutely must pass me, right this very second.
If Im just barely faster, I kick the cruise down and notch and wait for something to change, usually it's a hill that changes things. Since Im usually over 100,000lbs, that solves the problem as the other tractor runs away. Until I catch them again.
And I'm the little car behind the blue truck (which you don't see) waiting for this idiot to "slowly" pass the red truck because he was 1mph slower...
