my ff remembers my tabs so it took me a few goes to work out how to kill it
I don't quite follow you. Can that be reworded? 
Firefox is set to remember my opened tabs, so every time I closed it and then tried to open FF again the whole thing started again. It would not let me close the tab with that thing going, so I opened a new window then closed the window with rickroll, vola! gone
