that was what I thought as well.. one can only make such agreements with a blue dragon ;)
Listen. Both of you are wrong. One must first recive blessings from dragon leader and then do mandatory 6 month wait before intiating talks with dragons. Even then it is highly unlikely that one will make agreements with Dragon (Red or Blue). Just my $.02.
