From a Japanese 'series', I guess you could say.
It's based on a pun. A GI is a soldier, of course, and a "USA GI" is spelled the same as 'usagi', which is the Japanese word for 'rabbit'.

Japanese version's name is against TOS to post.
It was basses off of a manga/comic and they only made one episode/movie that was 22mins long. I would link it but the name is censored because it is the non proper work for fecal mater.
