Looks like a good deal for anyone who wants to grab a 4K TV or computer monitor. the 120Hz is nice and its 4K!

There is no such thing as a Seiki 120hz 4k panel. The SE39UY04 is 30hz. It was on sale for $350 last black friday. They've been trying to unload that TV on anyone they can since it's only HDMI 1.4a, not HDMI 2.0. Only way it could be 120hz 4k would be if it had a DP 1.3 port in it...and it definitely doesn't.

Don't trust OCZ and will probably never buy a product labeled OCZ again. Horrible experience, and their fail rate was pretty high...

Too good to be true.

Rebate details say "Credit card activation required." One of the comments mentions that McAfee wants you to enter your CC information when you sign up so that it can process auto-renewals. No thanks.

I have no desire to use any third-party anti-virus bogware. I'm eligible for "free" Norton security because I'm a Comcast customer, but I have never downloaded it.

Since they are now owned by Toshiba I have a little bit more faith in them than previously.
