I'd go for the Thermalright TY-140 but keep in mind it has 120mm mounting holes.  Otherwise I'd go for Yate Loon or Xigmatek 140mm fans.

im using them on rads so i think im going to go with Xigmatek or Aerocool Sharks one or the other

None of them have good static pressure to be honest.  NoiseBlocker's highest RPM 140mm fan has a static pressure that is similar to that of a Thermalright TY-140, which has a much lower RPM so less noise.  You can always go for some Delta 140mm x 38mm fans if you're up for it.

was thinkin about it TBH just couldnt find one ! im goin for extreme
