Side note: I was testing my CPU for max BLCK.. That didn't go too well. Apparently even at 16x multi + turbo my wall is 218Mhz QPI. That sucks!

Vcore.. from 1.475, then 1.5, 1.55, 1.575. Suicide runs voltage. No matter the settings, when I change it to 218, it locks. It doesn't even BSOD, just locks and stays like that.

if it's going to work...you only need 3 things.
vcore 1.49 with Vdroop on
vtt = 1.50

turbo on
qpi = 218 or in your case...try 215 first.

boot 215 into windows and then start moving the eleet qpi 2 clicks at a time. and tell me what happens...it could very well be your bios, but also could be co chip or mb.

and that's it

Thanks Nate, I know that Cpu2 is killing my results but I never found out how to push that one up. I have to wait for next Weekend because I have to travel a lot in winter season and hardly find time to bench, most time I'm only on my Laptop.
