Don't know yet about comparing DDR4 memory modules since No MB's have been released yet for testing, But When I had my EVGA X58 3-Way Classified/980X Rig I was using a Tri-Channel 6GB set of Corsair Dominator GT C7's DDR3 that outperformed All other Brands/Models I tried back then.

Yeah the GB X79's sucked. I did like their other OC boards like the Z87 OC etc.

In reality regardless of whether GB pushes a quality board out, you really can't go wrong with a RVE. (I know at least Hallowen commented on the thread here about it.)

Once again, Another one of many Decisions to be made................

Even though I have read the initial specs and considered Many of the other New X99 MB Platforms, I have decided to go ahead (partially due to pre-testing results obtained from confidential sources) and do my Testing with this MB First........

I have something in the works for that X99 btw.  Just based on the pictures my dark blocks look like it will fit, but either way I will know soon enough.

Well, Tomorrow is Finally the Day I start assembling My New EVGA X99 Classified Extreme Overclocking/Benching Rig.

I should receive the MB and 5960X and then start installing the Four KPE's, Corsair DDR4 2800 along with My Chilled Water Setup, Throw on a Fresh Install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 on the SSD's and Have At It!

The Only other component I will need soon after is the Full Board Water Blocks that I Hope Nateman_doo can adapt to the X99 Classified MB using the already available X79 Blocks he already has  in production.

It's Time to give this New EVGA X99 Classified a Proper Workout to see how much abuse it can Take!
