I Still Have Some Unknown Problem running 4-Way SLI, because I just ran Two Benches of Catzilla and got the same results where 4-Way SLI produces Scores LOWER than 2-Way SLI!

4-Way SLI:

2-Way SLI:

I toggled the Switch on all four graphics cards from the skyn3t modded "LN2" Vbios to the "Normal" Stock Kingpin Vbios with the SAME RESULTS in either 4-Way SLI Vantage or Catzilla where the FPS Decrease over the 2-Way SLI Benches!

Evidently, The Problem doesn't Go Away even when switching back and forth with any of the Stock or Modded Vbios's I have Tried, So Once Again I am at a Loss for finding what exactly is Happening?

Unfortunately, I Seem to be coming to the Conclusion that Anything Beyond 2-Way SLI Doesn't Scale Well at All with an X79 Platform and four GTX 780 Ti KPE's compared to My Old X58 Platform with four GTX 580 Classified Ultras that had Absolutely NO Problem producing Much Higher Benching Scores in 4-Way SLI compared to 2-Way or 3-Way SLI.

Hi there,
I see you are getting upset with the 4 way sli scores. Did you ever try running the enable pci-e 3.0 patch?
Even though you set it to 3.0 in the bios, Nvidia drivers set it to 2.0. This patch needs to be re-done every time you install a new driver. Only takes a second to run it, as it shows a really fast DOS screen.
It MAY help? No harm in trying, unless you already did it.
Here is the link      https://forums.geforce.co...orm-updated-6-19-2012/
I needed to run it on a X79 Dark build with a Titan installed to make it read 3.0. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks sgtharry, I'll give it a try a little later.

EDIT:
I just received a PM from Gunslinger about this Problem, and the Cold Hard True Facts are that NVIDIA has Dropped 4X Support for Vantage for ANYTHING after the GTX 500 Series, Which FINALLY Explains Why My 2012 GTX 580 Classified Ultra 4-Way SLI Performed so Well and Why My Present GTX 780 Series Platform DOSEN'T!

In Other Words, Vantage gets ZERO Scaling past 2X Cards in ANY Preset!

Another Issue that has been brought to my attention by Gunslinger is that 4-Way SLI is incredibly CPU Bound EXCEPT for the New 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme Preset, But even running This Bench You'll need to be up near 5GHz or even Higher.

In Addition to the 4-Way SLI Vantage issue, 3DMark 11 will Also be CPU Bottlenecked in 4-Way SLI.

Man, I Mean to Tell You,......Gunslinger said He didn't have a good enough CPU to "Push It" High enough to get 4-Way KPE's to Work for Him, So there is Very Little Hope for Me to do so.

After All the Expectations and $$$$ Spent building my Rig, This is By Far the Saddest Situation I have ever seen in All My Years of Overclocking/Benching with NVIDIA/GeForce Products.

Wow, that definitely does explain it. That is very odd, I haven't ever heard that before. I was thinking it was either a limit of Vantage itself or just scaling in general.

That's pretty disappointing.. hell of a rig you have, as always. I quit building for a while after many driver/program based headaches.. just too hard and frustrating to see powerful equipment be limited as the value decreases. Planning to re-design your rig around a dual card setup now?

If you haven't replaced your pump yet you should check out the Iwaki pumps.. head pressure on a few of the models is awesome for the sustained flow rates.
