Once I get my bench disk all perfect, I back up an image of the disk, so I never have to re-install windows.  I use the free version of macrium.  Use an e-sata cable to an external drive takes less than 3 minutes to back up or restore the image.  Even my larger drives that are over 200 gb full only take 16 mins to fully image.

Well, That was just the Trouble!
I Didn't have my Backup Bench Disk Made to My E-Sata External 1GB Drive Yet, So No Choice But to Re-install.

EDIT:
Speaking of Trouble..........How Fast Do You Think You can get off Your Couch when You're waiting for Windows to Load, and All of a Sudden One of Your CHILLER PUMP FLOW ALARMS GO OFF!!!

Yes Sir, I Dove off that Couch like an Olympic High Diver back over to My Rig to find out WTH!

Thank GOD it was the MB/Vreg Water Loop Pump that Failed and NOT THE VC PUMP!

First, I Haven't Even Unwrapped the EVGA X79 Dark.

Second, I've Got my Plate pretty Loaded up just trying to Complete the Setup on the ASUS RIV BE, Not to Mention that other Post about the Chiller Pump Failure!

I Have All Three 8-Pin and Three 6-Pin Not being Used on the Thermaltake 1200W, So if I Need More Power for the KPE's, I can put One on that PSU.

Of Course if Push comes to Shove, I can Always Buy a Second Rosewill Hercules 1600W!

EDIT:
Come to Think of it, I WAS Having some Problems when I First Started Running the KPE's in 4-Way SLI because I Noticed that while I was running Vantage Benchmarks, My FPS all of a sudden was being Limited to 320 when I was Pushing the CPU and VC's.
It is VERY Possible that the KPE's are "Throttling" due to Not Enough Power!

Yeah I know I had the same issue running 2 295's @ 800+ and an i7 on a 1000W PSU, FPS would start dropping and then the whole system would just power off. Adding an 850W to it cured that issue. I would try one card on the TT 1200W first though to be sure and see if that works.

How bad was the pump failure?

Putting One Card on the 1200W didn't make any difference, so I'm going to try Just 2-Way SLI again to see what's going on.

The Pump (Which BTW is a underwater 120VAC Pond Pump I've always used in my Chiller) that Fed the MB/Vreg just Died, But I had a replacement for it and Now at Least the Chiller Loops are Functional again.

I Have Found The Problem!!

In this First Vantage Screen, I have Scores EXACTLY Like My other 2-Way SLI Benches with the same OC Settings I used with the TWO KPE's in SLI.

In the Second Vantage Screen, I Start to LOSE FPS in 3-Way SLI (Throttling is Starting) and the GPU Score becomes LOWER than just 2-Way SLI.

In 4-Way SLI (Which I didn't even Bother to Show a Vantage Screen), There is SERIOUS Throttling limiting my FPS to around 320 like I mentioned Before in another Post!

To Sum it All Up........ Two KPE's in 2-Way SLI NEED a 1600W PSU to be OC'd HARD, and I Need a SECOND Rosewill Hercules 1600W to even THINK about High OC's in 4-Way SLI.....Possibly EVEN A THIRD is Not Out of the Question!

EDIT:
4-Way SLI with Four KPE's is Doable, Just as long as they are at Factory Stock Settings and No Voltage Increases, But THAT to me is Such a Waste of the Performance Potential of these Graphics Cards.

PM gunslinger and ask him about PSU'S and the power required for quad 780 sli. He'll hook you up with the right info.

Gunslinger PM'd me back and said He was having similar PSU Problems, and also said that Vince (Kingpin) On LN2 at high clocks was seeing 1500W+ being pulled by a Single Card!

Holy *********, I Have to assume that on LN2 You would Need at Least FOUR 1500W+ PSU's to provide enough Power to the Cards!
