According to What EVGA Posted moments ago, Looks Like I'll have to Sit around and either Wait a few more weeks for a New Shipment of KPE's or Buy Them Overseas for $1K+!

But That is the Same KPE that has an EK Waterblock installed selling on EBAY for $1190 that has apparently been reduced to $999 for the EVGA Marketplace.
 
I Want Four Factory Fresh KPE's that Haven't been Disassembled or Marked up in price. ($$$$)
