X79 Classified
 
No idea what CPU I'll get. I sent my E762 in for RMA, and they wanted to send me a Classified3 or an X79 Classified and were cool enough to let me pick. I went for the X79 Classified thinking if worst comes to worst I can just sell it. But for now I'll probably get a 3820 on the cheap and go IvyE later on.

Well cool, EVGA didn't have any recertified X79 Classifieds. So they're sending me a brand new board with the box and all accessories.

Yep, not bad considering I paid $240 after a $100 rebate for my E762 in Dec. 2009.

Yep! I think what I'm going to do is go with a 3820 for now and get an Ivy-E later this year.
 
Also have a second toy inbound, this one for cooling..
