 So what is better for chilled water below freezing, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, or something else?

 Well that is what I use but seems to gunk up in the CPU block.

What mix % ?

RBIEZE
25% Distilled water
25%  Ethyl Alchohol
50% Propylene Glycol
 
That should stay fluid down to -70f

Yep. This is after I polished it a bit. Hoping to get it running either today or over Christmas break.

No I bought it on OCN for $85 shipped, which isn't too bad I though. Hoping to get it on the cold over Christmas break and go for some 295 points with the card(s) chilled as well.
