yeah i live in Australia, we had a few small earthquakes about 150miles south of where i live, massive fires in the south east of aus and central east followed by MASSIVE floods that wiped out most of brisbane and a large area around brisbane (3-400km) and a cyclone come close to darwin (never hit) and another one just short of when i live. we got the very outer edge of the cyclone. thats all in the last 12 months. the cyclone hit on my Birthday too haha!

im thinking about picking up a EVGA P67 FTW second hand for around $190 shipped, just need a 2600k :( ****s expensive when you work for pizzahut QQ i want my full time job back :(

yeah i have seen that thread, but i have to get this job first!, even if i do get it it will be taking be a while to get it all together as i dont have a CPU for it. 
 
im not sure if i will bother putting a water block on it as im just gunna run it into the ground benching im trying to come up with a ghetto water cooler that wont run my power bill thru the roof ><
 
im thinking the core from an air conditioner in an icebox filled with ice and pump water through the core, should get me some temps pree close to 0 and deff sub ambiant.  

didnt win the MSI board, seller got snobby and canceled the auction after it finished and told me not to bid again LOL
 
also the cheap P67 FTW board sold before i made up my mind ><

What are you trying to do Hells?  Why the board change?  They're all pretty equal.
 
Unfortunately the Asus boards rule the sandy bridge territory....

Ah ok, I thought you were looking to re-OC your 2600k with a different board.  2600k is still the way to go...X79 too expensive and not what we hoped.
