Those were with everything off except wifi, vantage, and MSI Afterburner.
 
Edit: I'm updating to 1.1.0 to see if that helps.

Driver set is 197.45.
 
At some parts of the tests, the GPU usage is 99% across all 4 GPUs, at other parts it's as low as 55% usage to all 4.

Do you mean temp throttling? I don't think so. Highest so far has been 83C.

Ha I just asked people that today. Go to Windows Update, set it to "Automatically check for updates, but let me choose whether to download and install them".
