speaking of the 295s.. Any suggestions on getting 1300+ VRAM to pass vantage? Increased voltage/decreased GPU speed doesn't seem to help.

Luck of the card.  But if I remember correctly your card does 1270+ right?  That's real good for 295, in fact, one of the best.  You can drop core clocks, but that kinda defeats the purpose.

And IIRC it maxes at 1276. Is that really one of the best? Damn. If you're ever in FL Q, let me know and we can get together and play with it. 
 
I'm actually going to pull it off of my rig sometime in the next week, and throw in the 260s. My 295 is gonna go in a glass box on a shelf.(Ideally, if not it'll go in it's box, or just on the shelf.)

Some things are worth the wait.  He will wake up one random day and look at his war chest and notice something is missing.  It will be on my mantle ;)

well...if it's on your mantle...then im sure that would be alright. you a decent fellow....but if it was on someone else shelf..we would be all over taking it back

We started yesterday and are benching today and tomorrow too,  but i was so into benching yesterday that i didn't get time to post here, lol. I'm not benching right now, but am probably gonna start up soon again.
 
It's been awesome so far, but other people have already killed lots of hardware. Our forum admin though hit 7ghz valid on an phenom ii 980 though. Various other decent results have been had to. We'll probably all post our results after the party.
