that board looks awesome...to bad it took to long to hit. once sbe 6 and and 8 core chips hit...that  board will be obsolete.
in extreme circles only though.

Yeah. I wish it had come out in November last year, I would have gotten it then.

So, i've been testing some micron d9 ddr2 kits yesterday and today.

My Ballistix 16fd5 kit with 2.4v:

700 cas5 at 2.4v for 32m. Pretty damn good if i say so myself.

Wow didn't know how hot these 480's get even with DICE and a slim gpu pot I'm having a killer time keeping the temps down during load. Depending on which 3dmark / voltage I'm seeing anywhere from 0 to 24C load. For got to install my temp probe but I've got it in now, just to see what kind of temps on fighting closer to the gpu.

Well then in that case Rabid, great work. Sounds like you got the Elpida Hyper's of DDR2.

I guess you could call them that. Micron d9's are king of ddr2, and actually, they are king of ddr3 for s775 (different revisions though - usually the best ddr2 are d9gmh or d9gkx, and the best of ddr3 are d9jnl or d9gts/d9gtr).
