Firstly Congrats man!   And secondly my external outdoor pump is a grundofs industrial not to big but awesome quality it can have allot of presser If I turn it up witch i did by accident I was outside under the house dusting off the Rad with 20 or so 120mm fans on it the one I posted up a while ago,, Anyway I must of hit the small switch from low to high witch means 28psi and 6000 LPH lol when I came back inside I could smell coolant it split the the pipe and was spraying the roof went right over the computers hit the roof and dripped on the floor then run out of coolant thank god!!!!

I have seen Grundfos pumps used for geothermal (underground injection) heating and CNC machine tool cooling. High-end German or Danish made. I knew an old Electrical inspector who called them "grumpy" pumps - had nothing to do with their reliability.

Took ALLLL day to get one of those fittings to stop leaking.
Now mind you I'm an engine builder, so I am quite well versed in torquing things and how much it will take before it breaks. I had ONE stupid fitting that when I made the last pull on it I said that if it leaked again I was switching back to Tygon. Low and behold the damn thing quit leaking. It looks great, temps are decent. Not quite finished with the rad fan setup, but I got impatient. I hate this res, the 655 empty's it in a split second when trying to bleed. Took almost a day to get all the bubbles out. I still have a few hiding in a few places, but I am working on it. Mainly just glad to have this thing back online. Just got done bench'n the speeds on my SSD's to see that they are holding solid. my OS Array was pullin 541mb/s avg with bursts of 660mb/s so I am happy there. I tossed 3 Intel SSD's in R0 for kicks..

I'll take some more pics later. Just happy to see it on my desk again and not on the bench!
