Halo, I really don't know but in my opinion, flow doesn't matter that much. Look in the old forum there have been some discussion about the impact of flow.
According to the techn. sheet the 355 can pump to 4,7m the 655 to 3,7m, I believe that's because of the smaller diameter of the tube, not really sure about it.
I had the 655 also on  my list but didn't like the 1/2 fittings because I had already G 1/4 on the Aquagrafs and the Cuplex.
What ever you choose you will be happy with it.

run dual pumps
one in your case and one outside the case connected to a power supply. i used awhich is a 500 gph pump. also helps with filling a case with out turning on the main power. testing loops. the faster the flow that faster it cools a system..(just what i have seen so far)(thinking of getting a bigger one though)

Alright, I'll probably just go with the 655 to save a bit of cash.

Side note, I guess it wasn't my memory holding me back...

Didn't ever try lower timings/voltage, just went straight to that, I was lazy.
