Since one on here has posted any pics in a while I will post some.

What you are seeing here is when I told my mill to move to the right over 5 inches.
Here is what the mill table actually moved:

That means I am within .0005".
That is Five TEN THOUSANDTHS of an inch. Pretty accurate if you ask me. Especially for waterblock production ;)
Here is when I told it to move towards me 7":

Again, .0005"
Now the up and down (Z axis)
Here is how I did the Z. Clamped a DRO (digital read out, or caliper/depth gauge) and made the mill move up 7"
And an action shot mid drill.

I programmed the code, and was able to just sit and watch, occasionally pausing the sequence and cleaning off the drill bit.
The finished holes, and the MESS, that is now self contained! Water cooling it is next ;)
