yea sorry but had to delete my last message so I can be more sure about the outcome of those settings you posted 
 
I am having problems as I have no idea if the setting you posted do give me some higher scores  or not. As my scores go all over the place for emaple
 
1.P34584 
2.P34452
3.P34258
 
SO I have no idea if those 3 setting you told me to change actually give me better results or worst as sometime my score will be about the same for 2 test in a row and on my 3 test its allot less or the opposite. I am very confused. I am still at 4.5ghz as I wanted to see if I got some improvement by just changing those 3 setting. Can you explain what those 3 setting actually do and effect by setting them to those settings  ?

they help stabilize a higher over clock. your still at 4.5...

These are the final setting I tryed before I called it quits as I always either get a crash in CPU test 1 or CPU test 2.I did not keep pushing on my core voltage as I don't know if it will be safe anything above where I had it at .
