Cold GPU's,  I still cant get calico to pass with the GPU voltages of Jane Nash.  I haven't had a Jane Nash fail in ages.  Now Calico is my enemy.

also, how do you upload a photo to EVGA?

to much voltage. or to high a memory over clock for the voltage your using.

ARG!

Out of thermal paste till tomorrow...

I got about half the amount on the chip I wanted to... so I think I'm up a few degrees.  I just bought a new 920 3938A253 "DO" from Micro Center to tide me over till Monday when I should be receiving and older 3845B259 "DO"... most of those 3845BXXX were pretty good... to bad it couldn't be and B026 or B027!  I think this time I will be more carefull about how I hook of the tec chiller.  I mistakenly plugged a pcie 6 pin into what I thought was a PCIE 6 pin socket on the Corsair HX-850... WRONG!  No wonder it shorted out!  It was the SATA/Molex 6 pin... LOL... live and learn.

Anyway... we will see what this recent production "A" batch can do.

Blah... this new "DO" can't even hit 4.5ghz at 1.55v with 10*c coolant.  Maybe some new paste but really the core temps were in the mid 70*c range so not bad on temps.

It's here...the new Swiftech Apogee XT... (the Heatkiller killer)!!! It is more restrictive than the Heatkiller...but doesn't hurt me using it just in a cpu loop and nothing more pumping can't solve.  I will post the results.

I can't believe Sidewinder forgot to add my Shin-Etsu X23-7783D thermal paste... arg!!!  Glad I ordered some  MX-2 and MX-3.  Don't get me wrong... I love Gary and Sidewinder... they must have been swamped... still recovering from their move to a bigger building.

to much tech?  bah.  humbug.

I just realized why I kept getting air in my lines... you guys would fall over laughing at me if I told you what I did

70°C!?  OUUCHH?!  I know my chip quite well... the closer the chip gets to 50°C... the more prone to crash.  47°C seems to be the threshold.

probably let the hose ride up in the res..(guessing)
