to bad that fan is $9.95 a piece and the delta is $20+  fans are not something I like to spend loads of money on

no idea on the tubing itself as i use feser tubing.. but it is the proper dimensions

with that tubing you need to look for 1/2" ID x 3/4"OD  compression fittings will list the size in a system like that

What tubing and fittings?  The thicker the better for bends... and if you are using compresion fitting go with 1/2"... not 3/8"

actually what pump did you buy?.. if you got the MCP-655 (aka laing D5) you will need to get 1/2" ID or buy something like this that lets you use alternate fittings

Scythe 3000rpm Kaze... great bang for the buck... don't know about their MTBF though... probably get what you pay for... but I have a bunch of the Kaze laying around and they have never failed.

that tubing is just fine.. make sure to get the proper fittings and you are good to go.. also you will need a couple of worm drive clamps (or something similar) for the connection to the pump
