Lawl I'll always be a Pc guy but never trade in my iPhone. I've had the 3G almost since it was released, best phone I've ever owned hands down.

this is the first pda phone that i owned that hasn't crashed on me from messing with it all day long.

plasti dip everything including the cpu & bracket?? and would that even work out well?

I did.  but, the pics are at work. I plasti-dipped all the way to the top of the CPU.  worked like a charm.

threed that is exactly how my morning went looking for kneaded eraser, hobby lobby was the only place in town that had it I got ten and 6 gave me pretty good coverage but the dice pot and cpu are still missing

Nate, I like your other method of plasti-dipping the mobo all around the socket then foam on top of that. 

I just have this HK 3.0 that is octagon shaped so it is prone to air seepage in the corners.....I wish it was completely square.  So after a number of tries, with little success in preventing all socket condensation, I found that some shop towel bits in the corners works pretty well.

Actually, what I really need is a nateman rev.2 block...when is that going into production?  I got some cash in my paypal account waiting to burn a hole in my pocket
