any of you guys have any recommendations on a digital thermometer with probe that will do down to -200c I have been looking at some Fluke units with single and dual probes, but am not willing to shell out 250$ yet

This works really well.

Dont spend the money on a Fluke for benching. You dont need extreme accuracy, because 2 or 3 degrees doesnt make a difference for this use.
