Oh yeah? I'll just have to un-NDA a pic for ya. (Hint: Quad+Triple rad, Dual PSU and Quad SLI capable.)

Hey guys, what would cause a soapy or foamy, type residue in my watercooling loop? its bubbly too, so its making some random airpocket noises in my pump which is bugging me, sometimes it kinda looks like condensation, maybe it is?  its koolance fluid, could it be galvanic corrosion? the GPU blocks and Radiator are Koolance, and Aluminum, they might be nickel plated aswell, not sure but the cpu block is an EK block but its nickel/plexi, any help would be nice, i can try and get some pictures maybe tomorrow

for reference once more, its Red UV Koolance Fluid, and claims to have anti-corrosive stuff :P

Sorry pwnzorz, I only use distilled water or windshield wiper fluid.  If it feels soapy (slimy) and new fluid does not, then you might have an issue.

I use copper blocks and a rad with cooper fins and brass water chambers and never had a problem (obviously...same materials).

Copper and aluminum don't mix.  And nickel plating just slows the corrosive process.

I'm no chemist, but I'd get a copper rad if I were you.

yes, copper is GOOD :)

heh, dont really have much of a choise to be honest, kinda what i have at the moment, is what i am explaining the effects of corrosion or residue from the dye/uv crap in the coolant?

all those dye's are horrible.  The will stain your equipment, and get "congeal" in some spots.  really sick.

so i'm going to assume my problem is most likely the Dye itself or the UV additive, creating the soapy/foamy/condensation

I would guess that the dye is the problem. Are you dying distilled water? If so, it most likely is the dye's fault. What you are saying doesn't sound much like corrosion, but do you have any anit-corrosion agents in the liquid?

Also, like nate said, dye's stain your stuff, and i've seen some terrible stains from it. If anything, just used colored tubes with distilled water and a silver kill coil or Petra's PT Nuke.
