Yea I got her running, just for a test with everything at default I could have grabbed a silver, shoulda grabbed a SS, but tomorow Ill put her on her side with the back panel off and fans and take a gold

i've only just picked this Asus G73jh up......very nice i must say

you have a prity good back ground in Lappys ..... i can't seem to OC the GPU ....i've tried all the normal suspects...Precision Afterburner.mmmmmmm wondering if ATI tools would do it must try......

any Idea???

Ive got a g51j works fine with precision that I can take up 110mhz on the core, 220 on the memory.  I just cant get setFSB to work.

and question would it not be hard to take golds with these

in three way on all the 9800gt benchs since all I see up are 2 way benchs

Yeah for some reason when i click apply it reverts back to stock setings..... i'll look in to it and try some older versions

No?I'm surprised you slipped on this, no offense. Take is a compliment of your vast computer knowledge. 9800gtx's were able to tri-sli. So were 8800 ultra's and 8800gtx's. 

oh I thought you could do it on the 9800gtx's and on that card asus uses a non reference board that has 2 sli connections

or does hwbot only allow submissions for 200 series and beyond, i still don't really have a clue what I'm doing over there

Worked out how to OC the GPU on the Lappy now i gotta see about the cpu...... may be harder.... 

your gpus are capable of running 900/1250 for the 5870m

and with your experience and know how, plus the colling you can generate...i think we can see so serious records.

your just scratching the surface...the king of the asus at the moment is mandrake over at nbr. and there are a few others pretty damn close.
