looking very good!!

im going to give you guys the easy route.

get a rolling pin
roll out a nice big square
then set it on the board and press down where the caps and brackets are.
take off and then cutout the imprints
set back in place and trim where needed.
set back in place.
make another rolled out layer which is ultra thin.
this one is for the top of the cpu and bracket.
press hard so you get the imprint of the cpu..then cut the center out and place back ontop.

when i get some actual art eraser i will try this. atm i only had the blutack and its so sticky useing a rolling pin means you cant get it off the table ><

"Elmer's Tack." as the US call it (dont blame me if its worong i found it on wiki LOL 

 
 
I Like what i see mate ..... i used to use a big esky full of ice. (slush Box) ...... worked like a charm....
 
now all you need to do is swap that H50 with a LN2/Dice pot... and ........Get it Colder

that is the plan lol but I CANT GET DRY ICE!!!!!!....... and LN2 is even harder...
basically where i live there is nowhere that sells dice... closest place is like 850kms away (townsville) and most of the freight companies that i know wont ship a LN2 dewer because it is a "dangerous liquid"


and my brothers freight compainy wont ship it because he thinks that what im doin to these old parts is stupid and he wont have any part in it /cry

im also goin to buy a decent block for my CPU and maybe for my 5870 to do full slush runs... untill i can get something better

hummm...only thing i did to my 5970 was change the pads on the memory chips...wonder if i should hold out and get a water block...then wait on dual fermi gpu card.

My cpu is clocked @ 4.7 and my GPU clock is 874/ memory @ 1074/ shader @ 1747 and i got a 38,407 total with phyx off and gpu score is 37,137and 42799 CPU score something is def fishy with your bench =).. If you ask me you tampered with the settings for sure :P.. but thats just my 2 cents =0. I dont believe you deserve that first place trophy 14 days ago
