scook9 is on there and so are a few others from nbr. me included. i have like 12 golds from laptops.

also try changing your system settings to see if it gives a bit more.

Well I have matched the current leader on gpu I just need my cpu's turbo to stay up for a good run, and I found a updated driver for my card, seriously why would an asus specific driver be on their own site, but nvidia had one for it.

I have some time today before work I will see whar I can do

hey john i was looking at ruds 5870 vantage run and he had the same clocks i sometimes get but his gpu score is about 800 points higher on average. will increasing the IOH voltage help with this or is there some else happening?

A lot of things can be happening.....For example uncore, mem divider, vtt.  You're kind of overclocking the cpu old school plus adding on top of that the memory controller junk.

It takes time to find that sweet spot that the cpu works well with the gpu's.  Like Nate and I found that our 920's worked the best at a blk of 217.  Didn't matter if we went up over 220 cause it produced no returns.

You'll get there....it usually take about 365 days of sleep deprivation, lol!

you havent retried using your chiller....i bet you can bench 4.7 to 4.8 now with your 920

remember...i was able to push my 295's quite a bit at 4.56 ghz...but it wasn't till i started getting up to 4.7 and 4.75 ghz that she started to shine a bit brighter....and now at 4.9 and 4.94...even brighter.

Yep, that's definitely on my to-do list.  Just examining my insulation techniques and getting 295's back after breaking them down.  Blue light now.....back in business.
