Thanks, the fittings did cost a fortune, i also bought a few extra, which came in handy as i suspected, one of the angled fittings was leaking, had to replace one, that was a pain in the mhmm

You're gonna have to make the jump to that sooner or later.....everyone's got'em now.  Practically everyone who has 480(s) has a 980x too....

But, yea, I sobered up in the last hour or so....no need for 480 now.  I'm more excited to try dice with the new block I'm having fabricated, in a special top secret lab, right now as we speak.

think im gonna grab a 480 first and start there. i should still be able to compete up until you hit 3dmark06/vantage.
then either grab another one or get a 980x

Should be able to get more boints with a single card.  Sli would just be the icing....and for the personal wow factor.
