Hey, anyone recommend Thermal compound for an EK cpu block on a 920, and paste for koolance blocks for a 5970 and 5870 ?
i've got AS5, MX-2 and OCZ Freeze right now

I'd go for MX-2 or the OCZ Freeze. Either will serve you well!

I use MX-2 on everything

People use ranch on everything, wonder of it would make a good thermal paste.........

thanks for your advice! will post pics of my build in a few days, its nothing fancy, as your systems but its a temp fix for my need for a less noisey room, 5970's are terribly loud, koolance exos 2.5 external system for my computer, we'll see how it works :P

well im throw a few more pennies at my PC soo im goin to watercool my 5870 and maybe CPU not sure yet, i might wait on the CPU untill my video score catches it here is what i mean




benching last night peived me off abit last night i had a score of 21980 on aire with those same clocks and less voltage >< once the card warmed up it wouldnt bench anymore /cry

and i forgot to take a screenshot grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

hye guys how big of a radiator do i need for a 5870? possibley 2? can i get away with a 240? what would you guys recomend? and would a 360 be enough for my processor and single card?

wewt with a small possible unstable CPU oc of 4.2 i got 22k :)
