No, nothing on the foam tape.  Nothing anywhere.

Yes I would say so, probably has a lot to do with less power available besides of course the lesser specs.
This card has not gone over 63C during vantage runs. Much better than I expected.
May not be a 5870 killer but a very nice card anyway.
Will see what 2 do next week.
