The O-Ring on the block shouldnt be a problem on Duniek's two piece pots (like the one I have) The top half is sealed with an O-Ring to the bottom half. They work for LN2\DICE, so im sure it will work for the water temps you will be running.

It doesnt look like some super special very cold environment O Ring either.

Same for me. My pot is a copper base and aluminum tube. They are screwed into each other, and it is just an O-ring sealing them. And like you said for yours, mine too looks like a normal O-ring.

for those who think it's bone dry under the eraser....i messed around and left the phase on when i left for a few hours..came back and condensation and frost on the eraser. and what looks to be rust if you ask me.

this is why i do a break down after some serious benching...just to be safe.

plasti-dip under the eraser.  water can't get under what has adhered to the board.

Hey Q.  My chiller liquid only gets to around 5°F when benching.  (70°F room temp @ 30% humidity)
in the loop is the CPU, and both GPU's.  The temp will drop if I remove a video card, but thats where its sitting tonight.

and a pain in the azz to take off should you have to rma for some odd reason.(front of the board only) back is a snap to take off.

but then again....your the plastic-dip expert...im the noob thinking how long will it take to take that stuff off....lol

and besides...your not plastic dipping the cpu bracket are you??????????
