This took about 9 min to get to this point.  I know somewhere you posted recommendations on thermometer/probes, Nate, but I can't find it....what should I get and how many?

Also, I looked for single sided neoprene tape @ mcmaster but seems I could only find double sided.  I'd like to get some to tie in the whole cpu block/hose connections.  Any recommendations?

Oh, and what do you think about a cooler to put the evap in?  Would this big ole' coleman work (thing's gotta be about 20 years old)

Wow, that looks like a NICE chiller

That chest will work. Anything that is water tight will do Cheaper the better too.

I wouldnt use insulation that has a tape side to it, it makes it too permanent and its messy to get off\etc.

If your just doing your cpu block use shop towels and insulation. Tape the shop towles at any joints in your insulation and get the thick neoprene stuff not foam, foam will work going up to your pc but I would use the good stuff once you breach the case.

Looks great

I see you just removed the squirrel cage fan, but that is a MONSTER air conditioner. I would guess at least 12K BTU??

I will post more in a few minutes, on my way to work-
