Q, you should try running a slush box. Just get a 5 gallon buck it and a couple bags of ICE, or even DICE and put rad in the bucket and fill it full of the ICE\DICE.

How would you recommend insulating the mobo, socket, gpu's?

depends on what you are doing.  Are you going to insulate your standard CPU block?

the GPU blocks are "almost" tricky, but CPU is cake.  remind me tomorrow, I will find some pictures.

hey nate, if i dont have access to kneadable eraser or plastadip (im in a remote town in nothern austrailia where nothing ever happens and i have the most powerful PC in a 160mile radius :P ) can i use plastacine/playdoh for insulation?

honestly, I don't see why not?  the kneadable eraser is just like playdoh.  Why not see about ordering plasti-dip online and have it shipped?

Thanks nate...pics would be great!  What kind of pump(s) would you recommend for a chiller.  Drewmiester went with the big bad boy industrial pump....do you need that or would the MAG series work?  Inline or submerged?

Danner Mag 5, or mag 7 works like a champ.  You can submerge the pump in the cooler.
I tried it inline, and I just like it submerged better for purging the lines.
