I did reseat the CPU.  I have no idea but it worked. last night. 

Found one of these, but really not many Bot Points even if I get top spots in all.

I'll try it...I ran Heaven on the laptop and selected DX11 & highest resolution by mistake, and man, it ran horribly.  I thought "this 280m stinks", until I realized what I did, LOL...

it will eat up an ati card as well... first run it in 1024x768 then jump up to 1920x1200
