Alright John!!!!!  I was wondering what you guys used to bench over there on nbr.  I thought maybe just game benches (far cry, etc) cause john has no futuremark scores for his notebook...nope, you got 'em....glad I jogged your memory to post 'em up!

we did allot of games as well...but over there..no one wants to spend money on benchmark software..but will spend a few 1000 dollars on a notebook and bench what ever is free. im trying to change that.  they are slowly starting to post to hwbot...so we shall see...
they have the cpu catagory as well...so grab a few of those to, Q.
might be hard though...yours is a desktop cpu...i forgot.

yea, I'll bench the i7 960 in my classified mobo shortly....it won't run (OC), as you know, in the notebook.  We'll see if it's a good chip or not...I have my fingers crossed that it oc's better than my 920 (which isn't bad, btw, but I want more....)

You know, all this hwbot stuff is fun, and a good learning process, but the real gold cup for me is that #1 modsrigs spot!  It's still near and dear, even though it means absolutely nothing in the OC world!  But, 980/fermi is right around the corner, so here we go again! (if I can part with the cash, LOL!)

Just bought an XSPC Res top for $32 shipped and 6 1/2" DD barbs for $6 shipped from a guy on [H]

That top and the MCP355 im going to order from Newegg soon should give me a good bit more pumping power than a MCP655

Still need the pump, rad, tubing, and maybe some fans. That guy never got back to me on that trade.

I bet the i7 980 will add 2-2.5k point in quad sli, 1.5-2k in single 295 card.  Better take some screen shots of that #1 spot Nate, cause you only have another month or two.  (unless of course you're willing to shell out $1,000!!)  You probably are, in which case, I'll see you at the battle!

WE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DIE...SALUTE YOU

No way in HELL i am shelling out $1000 for a chip (yet).  I got a lot more blocks to make to get that.  Making blocks is the only way I can afford this stuff.  I got my water block that I currently have that I still am sitting on.  It is still being field tested, but still revolutionizes the way watercooling is done.  It is a totally new concept.

My SLI score is done... until I can come across another decent dual board, but I will cling to that single card score as long as I can.
