Edit:
it is becoming more and more obvious how CPU heavy 06 is.  No matter what I clock the cards too, the CPU is so much more important in the overall score.  Also watching GPU temps, they never go above 0°C, but CPU's always above freezing.  In Vantage, the CPU temp is below freezing until the CPU test.   Total CPU bottleneck
